Hairy Oak Bowl
This simple bowl was created from a slab of Hairy Oak (Casurina inophloia). Hairy Oak is difficult to obtain in large sections as it spontaneously cracks as it dries. This bowl has a burnt edge and foot to highlight the progression between adjacent surfaces. It is finished with three coats of danish oil.
